We'd like to inform you about scheduled upgrade on ~okeanos service between 09:00 EET and 17:00 EET on Wednesday, July 03.

Your VMs and Pithos+ files should remain unaffected. The upgrade is expected to cause minor disruptions to the ~okeanos service. Astakos, Cyclades and Pithos+ Web UIs and their APIs will be unavailable for the duration of the upgrade.

No loss of connectivity is expected for the VMs.

We'd like to inform you about scheduled upgrade on ~okeanos-knossos infrastructure between 14:00 EET on Friday 14/07/2023 and 22:00 EET on Sunday 16/07/2023 .

Your VMs will stop running and they will not be accessible during the infrastructure upgrade.

From Tuesday, November 5, at 15:00 EET we have observed an issue that causes disruptions in the use of the Cyclades service. The creation of new VMs, as well as the management of the existing ones (start, stop, reboot, destroy, resize), through the Cyclades Web UI and API are affected.
