Hello ~okeanos users,

Some of you have probably noticed that your VMs were not responding for a few hours this morning. We will try to shed some light on what happened.

This morning we experienced a failure in the cooling system of the data center housing ~okeanos. This led to physical machines hosting ~okeanos VMs shutting down automatically, to avoid permanent damage due to overheating.

We apologize for the unexpected downtime of ~okeanos VMs and we promise we will take every measure necessary to ensure such incident does not happen again.
